Policy
RATES: Important: Rates on all
equipment is charged on the basis of time out, not time used. We
sell time. Special rates such as overnight rates and weekend rates apply
to some equipment. Please inquire at the Rental counter as to when they
apply.
DELIVERY: Delivery is available for a
charge to certain areas dependant on the size and complexity of loading and
unloading the equipment and availability of staff. Please ask for the
rates that might apply for the piece of equipment.
DEPOSIT: Deposits are required solely at
the discretion of the counter personnel at the time of rental. Deposit may
be made by cash, Credit Card, or Debit Card. Cheques will not be accepted
for deposit unless they are certified.
INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS: The renter is
responsible for all insurance once the equipment leaves the yard.
REQUIRED: An Alberta rivers license is
required as identification for all rentals. In lieu of a
drivers license, and at the discretion of the rental personnel, a deposit equal
to he replacement value of the rented piece of equipment, may be
accepted. Stewart Sales & Rentals reserves the right to refuse service.
METHODS OF PAYMENT: Accepted methods of
payment are Visa, Mastercard, Debit card, and cash. Cheques will be
accepted o pre-approved charge accounts and at he discretion of management.
CLEANING CHARGES: When it is determined
that cleaning of a piece of equipment is necessary by Stewart Sales & Rentals
staff, cleaning time will be charged at the rate of $48.00 per hour.
FUEL: Units requiring Diesel and Regular
gas leave here with full tanks and it is the customers responsibility to ensure
that they arrive back with full tanks of fresh fuel. 2 stroke units are
sent with fuel jugs and mix as needed.
